The DRF offers three distinct ways for Customer Not Present (CNP) payment professionals to benefit from participation in the organization.

• We offer a venue, our annual forum, that provides a platform for networking and the exchange of best practices with other merchant professionals, card company leaders and industry experts who deal with issues unique to CNP payments
• We deliver vocational training through sessions at our annual forum, presented by experts who are in the payments field
• We create a neutral environment where merchants can voice their questions, observations and concerns about issues related to CNP processing to an array of industry constituents
