The DRF Board of Directors is responsible for defining strategy, managing the organization's business activities and planning the annual Forum. Our all-volunteer board is comprised of two types of members; voting CNP merchant representatives and non-voting advisors who work for associate organizations such as key acquirers, card companies and service providers.
Our merchant board is comprised of up to 12 volunteers who serve up to three, 3-year terms. Merchant board members are elected by merchant attendees at the annual Forum via ballot. Once elected, each director has voting privileges on motions. Associate members have no voting privileges, but they contribute valuable knowledge and insights, serving as the pulse of the CNP industry and providing access to industry experts.
The Direct Response Forum would not exist without the generous contributions we receive from the organizations listed in the "Meet Our Advisors" window below. Their involvement ensures the viability of the DRF, allowing us to fulfill our educational mission.
Those who volunteer to participate on our Advisory board also play an important role. They generously share their time and knowledge, helping to shape the forum's educational content. The relevancy and breadth of our offerings are a direct result of their involvement.
